To do this, my (former) partner and I wanted to make an app, that, using color detection and machine learning, can detect whether or not a fruit is safe to eat. This makes it easier on the consumer, not having to inspect it manually, and on the businesses that sell them, so that they don't throw away perfectly healthy stock.
