Today is my first day doing my SIEP at Loveats Restaurant. I start my work at 5 p.m which is the time for the restaurant begin their operation. As soon as I reach there, I had been introduced to the others staff members by their supervisor. After that, I had a discussion with their supervisor, Miss Jue about their regulation and my working time during  SIEP. I have been placed as Front Operation which is as a waitress. It was a good opportunity for me to experienced in Food and Beverage position.I can improve my communication skills with other and also had taught me a bit to reduce my shyness when dealing with public. other that, I also known about their operation as a hipster restaurant. I finish my works at 12 a.m because the restaurant end their operation at 11 p.m. It was a tired day for me as my first day. I hope I can gain more knowledge by tomorrow. My second day began at 2 p.m this is because I need to do works about their company management until 5 p.m. It was a very big opportunity for me to know about their management. I need to do some account which is arranged their purchase recipe. It was a very tough works for me because i need to arrange their purchase recipe from April to July. What a tired opening day for today. When the restaurant open at 5 p.m, I am a waitress. I need to managed my time very well. It was very challenging for me. Other that, I also had improved my works from yesterday. I was very happy doing my jobs today. Although it was a tired day, I'm very happy doing my jobs because I can learn a new things today. For example about restaurant's accounts which is it was quite difficult things for me. Today was My third day at Loveats Restaurant. It was the best moment for me working here. Other that, my relationship with other workers was getting better. They were very friendly and they have taught me about their procedure during my work here. The lesson that I got for today was about how to serve the customers. In Food and Beverage services, customers are very important things and need to be taken seriously. As a restaurant waitress, I am obliged to know about the procedure that the shop owner has set out to serve customers. As a waiter, it was a difficult thing and I must have a strong mental and physical. This is due to the fact that there were many variety human being.

It was my forth day working here. My relationship with the other staff is getting better. As usual, I will start my job with doing their management during opening which is from 2 p.m until 5 p.m. For today, I will doing their account which is transfer their financial to the voucher book. It was quiet challenging task because I need to give my 100% attention to finish it. I need to do it for past 3 month which is from April to Jun. After finished my job, I will continue my working as a waiter from 5 p.m until closing. I love this job because I can improve my communication skill with others. Today, I have a customer from other country which is from Nigeria. She was a regular customer. I was given an opportunity to greet and serve her today. It quite challenging because I need to speak in English but I gain a great experience. Finally the restaurant closed at 12 a.m

The time flies so fast, it was my fifth days working here. Many experience and knowledge that I got during working. It was such unforgettable moments for me. During opening, I'm continued yesterday work which is transfer their financial to the voucher book. I finished my work quiet early. Because of that, I'm helping the other staff from the other department. I'm helped kitchen staff doing their opening such as organized the place and cleaned the kitchen. I'm also can saw their operation before open the restaurant. At 5 p.m I'm become a cute waiter again. Today was quiet challenging because there were many customers. It was full house on that day. I had learned how to work faster than before because timing was very important thing in Hospitality industries. Other that, I also learned how to be a patient waiter to faced with variety type of customer. It was very challenging things because "Customer was Always Right". During closing, I need to wash all the foot liner because tomorrow was a holiday. The restaurant was closed every Saturday. As a conclusion, It was a very tiring day ever. :'(

After have a day break, I continued my working. Based on the staff experience, Sunday was a very busy day. I needed to prepared myself. I started my day with doing opening in kitchen department which is I need to process their vegetable. It was my first time doing the job. I'm so excited learned it form their staff. I need to cleaned the vegetables and make sure the vegetables were fresh and cleaned. Other that, I need to cut salad for their hotdog menu. I was given an opportunity to used their sharp knife. I need to be more careful doing that job. I also need to store their stock that had been ordered during closing on Friday night. After that, I been a waiter again from 5 p.m until closing. it was quiet busy day. The customers that come was majority was family because during that time, UPSI student was having semester break. The location of the restaurant was in front of UPSI campus so, their target customers were students.

Today was a week I'm working here. My relationship with the other staff was so good. They tough me how to handle customers and also to serve them with a proper way. during opening, I'm in kitchen department. I need to cleaned the vegetables that used in the burger. I have learned how to cut it in a proper way because the image of the burger was very important. Because the customers first impression was important in restaurant. I also learned how to store their raw material in proper way. Cleanness and neatness was very important. Other that, during operation time, the customers were not as many as during weekend. This is because most of the family will having their dinner at their house. Because of that, my Boss Chef Fazlizam were teaching me about business. It was very important because our University was Entrepreneurship Universities. Its was my eighth day working here. Only two more days for me in this industry. I feel so sad. Today I had given an opportunity to tough a new worker that will replaced me. It was quite challenging because I need to tough the person that were older than me. I need to use a proper way to tough her. Other that, I'm also doing opening kitchen because it was my job. My skill in cutting tomatoes were getting good. I love doing my job. During operational hours, I had take my time during working to know about their marketing skill. The restaurant were using online marketing which is using Facebook ads. They were attract the customers using their writing skill in their posting on Facebook. That why they got the customers from other placed such as Kuala Lumpur. Its was a very interesting things that i want to learned. Thanks to my boss because want to share their knowledge with me.

Its was my ninth day working at Loveats Restaurant. Today I was given an opportunity to make an interview with the owner, Chef Fazlizam. I had interviewed him about his business. He so kind and love to share his experience during opened the business. I get many information during the interviews. Other that, I also doing my job as a waiter. I had interview some of their customers and I had get the information that the customers like to had their meal in that restaurant because of their good services that had given. Their staff was so friendly and always smile to their customers. Because of that my relationship with the other staff was really good. Therefore, a good services a very important things to have a successful business.

Today was my last day working here. I'm so sad to leave the staff that I already feel like my own family. Today I'm had given an opportunity to take some pictures and video. I had take some pictures to put it in my report. Other that, I'm also had listened to the owner experience and also his challenging during to make his business were successful. It was very challenging this to make sure the thing that what had we done are successfully to be. He need to planed and think carefully every single things that he want to take. He also a very successful entrepreneur because he never give up. Loveats Restaurant was his sixth business. He has fail fifth time but he never give up. It was a very good things that I can get from him. As a conclusion, during 10 days I'm doing my SIEP, I think it was a very good program for me as a student. We can learned about how to be a good workers and how to over come the problem during working.
