1- CALL MY SUPERVISOR SO HE TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMATIC CUSTOMER

2- ALSO CALL THE SECURITY

To resolve this issue, I would follow the customer service process manual and regulations, and consult with my supervisor. I would maintain a respectful demeanor throughout the situation to avoid escalating the issue... and not losing control of the situation with a respectful treatment.
