Aquí os dejo instrucciones para seguir el trabajo que vamos a hacer en estas sesiones del taller de autoestima.

1-Veremos un vídeo motivador sobre la autoestima para iniciar la sesión y entre todos definiremos qué es la autoestima.
2- Cumplimentaremos un cuestionario de autoestima, para comprobar de manera individual 
3- Visualizaremos un vídeo sobre autoestima, y entre todos definiremos qué es la autoestima.
4-Realizaremos la lectura del cuento Malena Ballena de David Cali y realizaremos un debate sobre el cuento en el aula. 
5- Realizaremos una actividad práctica: "mis cualidades positivas" (realización de un audio propio o de alguien que me conoce bien resaltando mis aspectos positivos).

Vamos allá!! Seguro que aprenderemos mucho y lo haremos genial.

A veces nos cuesta pensar en cuáles son nuestras cualidades positivas y éste es un buen ejercicio de reflexión . También viene bien que alguien nos ayude a ello porque nos hace valorar aspectos en los que nosotros no habíamos caído.
