NOTE: Make sure that your name matches your state-issued ID exactly. If it does not, you may be denied entrance to the exam.

Also, while it may seem very convenient to test at home, remotely, it is strongly recommended to go to a testing center. It removes the liability of internet or device issues or unplanned interruptions that can cause your test to be invalidated.

1. Register for an NHA Certification Exam(s).
   

2. Complete the NHA Accommodations Request form at least four weeks before the scheduled exam date. Completing the form sooner is even better.
   
   Note: You can also use this form to determine what qualifies for testing accommodations and what documentation you need to support the accommodation request. Candidates must complete the form and submit all the appropriate documentation to minimize delays.
   

3. Candidates should watch their email for any communication from the accommodations review committee.
