I gave a list of about 80 vendor names/contact info to previous conference committees when my husband and I moved off from being Vendor Coordinators in 2020. A vendor list benefits from being updated each year. COVID caused many companies to restructure and several company reps retired. For each of the 5 years that my husband and I served as the coordinators, we sought to include local arts businesses/orgs who came from the region in which the conference was held. That allowed some new vendors to be engaged each year. We also asked PAEA members for the local/state/national vendors that they wanted to be there. The number of vendor spaces at the conferences was up to 28. For Erie 2023, let me know if the committee would welcome my husband and me to serve as Vendor Coordinators.
