         <description><![CDATA[<div>I will start eating healthy by not having so much junk food through the day. I will start by drinking more water then mt. dew and other energy drinks. I should engage in more physical activity then sit on the couch and eat food all day and watch T.V. When i'm at home i'll try to keep working toward my goals in eating healthy. I know I am a little over weight, but i'm OK with my size and shape.  I just need to make healthier choices.<br><br></div>]]></description>
