I would say that weighing less is ideal but that is not always the case. Take Tcarr for example, he is about 75 pounds heavier than Keagan but still faster.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Something track runners could use to improve performance are running spikes, these help to create less friction which is helping them to get their feet off the ground faster and generate force faster. Another example could be starting blocks, these give the runners something to push off on at the start of the race giving them a boost to the force they can initially create and start with.</div>]]></description>
