-Meet up with the Human Resources Manager which is Cik Nur Zahirah Muhamad.
-She  were briefing about the hotel and all departments that have. There is a practical student who training at the same time so we attend the same day.
-Then, she showed the surroundings  start with Food & Beverage and Kitchen, after that Front Office and met with the head of that department which is Cik Asmira.
-After a while, HR Manager told us to meet the Executive Assistant Manager , Encik Rusli Bin Yusoff. He explained a little bit about HSMTL and what product or service, rooms and food package.
-After that, Cik Zahirah show us around the hotel and introduced my department which is housekeeping and the person who incharge of it.

-After a while, i was told to clean the rooms with one of the housekeeping staff which is En. Tarmizi.
-Also i need to take clean towels in the store.
-I need to fold and put the towels by showing the Seri Malaysia logo and put it on the bed.
-After that, i clean the rooms with Pn Zawiyah, check VIP room and asked the access key card from FO. -After all guest have done check out, we clean up the room that empty.
-Before i leave, i must clean female toilet while En. Tarmizi clean the male toilet.

-There is guest who want to take a look all the rooms types that have here because they want  to stay.
-Waiting for check out from deluxe room.
-After they check out there are 2 room that need to be clean.
-After lunch and pray, i need to clean the lobby area and both toilet.

-Go to the linen store and put it in the trolley.
-Then clean up the room that guest ask to tidy in.

-Then, Pn Zawiyah asked me to clean up OCC (Occupied Clean) room till at the block A whereas need to change into new towels and the others.
-Then, swept the coridor after clean the room.
-Went to the room that have been put new lock and try the access key card.
-Clean up the room with Pn Zawiyah and take new towel in the trolley that En Tarmizi just brought and manage all the linen in the other trolley.
-After settled all the guest rooms Pn Zawiyah asked me to count all the used one and calculate all the linen, and put them in one place.
-After a while Pn Zawiyah asked me to take access key card at FO for Level 1 and Level 2.

-The guest had check out at level 2 and i need to clean it by myself and borrowed the access key card from En Hairi.
-At the evening, i have to do the lobby area by clean up the toilets, wipe out the mirror in the toilet and swimming pool passing doors.
-And swept all from the hall, the stairs and overall the lobby.
