What i learnt from this project is a great teamwork that can make this project running smoothly from the first day we decided to sell the Rojak. After that, the challenges part is the part that we want to sell the rojak. We had to through with no customer for first half day eventhough we posted our rojak poster. Fortunately, we made over RM100.00 in just one day. This is because the hardworks we make is pay off.

Reflecting on this project, I realize how it teaches me lot of things such as how crucial the team cooperation and equitable task distribution as well as the team communication in order to succeed. This experience helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect such as even though we’re not sure the success of this project, yet we still believe in ourselves and finally took a step. Therefore, this was such an experienced which really useful for my future’s plan.

This experience taught me valuable lessons in business operations, customer relations, and teamwork. It gave me practical insights into running a small-scale business while testing my ability to work collaboratively under pressure. By doing this activity, it pushed me out from my comfort zone. As someone who is never have any experiences in business, approaching people and persuading them to buy our products was initially hard. By the end of the day, I felt more comfortable and interacting with people and even enjoyed the process.

Reflection on this project is it can enhance my knowledge in the business field. This helps me to gain a new experience which may help when I pursue my career. This project also helps me to improve my soft skills like communicating with people and relationship-building. The trip was not without difficulties, though, such as a poor place to make rojak, a lack of equipment, and frequent misunderstandings. Overcoming these challenges gave me the ability to be resilient, adaptable, and solve problems, which made the project a worthwhile and rewarding educational experience in general.

Reflecting on my small business journey, I have grown and learned so much as I navigate the dynamic world of entrepreneurship. Running our business as a partnership has been a fantastic experience it has allowed me to combine my strengths with my partners’ talents, sparking creativity and innovation, especially with our popular Rojak. Being part of the UNIMAS student community has been incredibly fulfilling as I work to meet their needs and make campus life a little brighter.

Using social media has been a game changer. It is helped us expand our reach and connect with customers in meaningful ways, making ordering and engaging with us easier than ever.
