I felt like the person in this poem except I did not put it in her food bowl. I do not like homework,but I would still never do that. It's too risky.

In this poem the poet uses humor to describe that his dog ate his homework! It turns out that he fed it to his dog so he would not have to do it! He said his teacher will have to wait for it,but I think he will be the one waiting,waiting inside during recess doing his homework at school.
