BullHorn Speech: George took a bullhorn 3 days after 9/11 and had a speech. The speech was mostly about how feeling sorry for all the lost and that Iraq was going to pay for what they did.

-Capturing Saddam Hussein president of Iraq was found and capture by American soldiers in a hideaway in Iraq on December 13th 2003.  

-Helped with Hurricane Katrina: Hurricane Katrina hit during the end of Bush’s presidency. And him and the government helped with the pick up and the health of the people

-Created the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act: Was passed by congress and signed by Bush. The act lowered tax rates and made changes to income tax rates, and estate and gift tax exclusions.

Won the Northwest Indian War: battle for control of the Ohio River Valley from the natives living there  and the Treaty of Greenville that ceded control of that area to the US.
Jay’s Treaty:settled issues with England and allowed or re-establishment of trade.
Established the Presidential cabinet - chose quality people to advise him - included a voice that commonly disagreed with his own policies to give him advice from all points of view.
