Scenario - All boys went hunting under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Grant was shot, and all boys claim that they all came from different places in the woods and that none of them were close to Grant when he was shot. All of the boys fingerprints were found on the remington, but none of them claim to have picked up the rifle that morning. All of the Logan Mcullar claims to have used his Browning gun, John Michael Forres claimes to have used his dads Browning gun, Henry Carlisle claims to have used his Winchester gun, and Shep Moore claimes to have used his Benelli gun. All of the boys stated the same claim “The remington was Grants gun”.
