For house visits, the advance party could work to reduce the time where they hold the residents of the 2nd unit for too long.

Eg, first party can inform advance party when they about half done with current resident.

2) Engagement

Take note in timing during visits.

During door knock, advance party can engage residents first, however they should not hold them there for too long.

Proper etiquette during engagement, politeness, dressing.

During engagement, try to not disagree with residents comments. We should take their feedback and discuss on it.

Important for area representative to be present during mpa, funerals

3) communication

Transparency in whatever we are communicating, cannot be ambiguous.

Updating through multiple channels.

Newsletters, door to door, social medias etc.

4) Appearance

Identify ourself during visits before engaging.

1) DO NOT preach and order the resident what to do.

2) We should start off with our branch member first.

3) We should stand in resident shoes and think hope we should engage.

4) The engagement should be consistent, humble and sincere.

5) During House visit, each should know their own roles and play their own roles.

1) In MPS, we think we need to follow up with the resident on their issue and make sure that the issue is solved. this way we show concern and do better compare to other.
