As teacher's familiarize themselves with their students they should be looking towards the hobbies, interests, and achievments of hteir students to be able to provide positive feedback and praise to their students. This shows that the teacher cares and helps make positive relationships with the students. The teacher should also familizarize themselves with important events in a students life such as birthdays, vacations, weddings and changes the student may be experiencing in homelife.

Enhancing with Technology:
Using the areas of achievement the teachers can provide praise using social media (class Facebook page, Twitter, etc.). Teacher's may also choose to have a classroom website or Edmodo page that enables students to interact with postings from the class. Any of the choices above will allow a public and community like platform for the teacher to post positive announcement above his/her students. Teacher's can encourage other students to show support of their peers and achievements on a class and individual basis.
