By the hero's action, the polarities that were in conflict at the beginning are finally resolved.</li><li>Application: Fight off Suitors</li><li>Odysseus passed Penelope's challenge of firing an arrow through 12 rings and revealed his tru identity to the suitors. He and Telemachus then fought off the suitors. In the end, the suitors and the palace maids who slept with them were gone.</li></ul>]]></description>

This was one of Polyphemus's lines when he first met Odysseus. Later on, the two did not get on as friends and Odysseus had planned to blind the Cyclops to escape his island while tricking him into thinking that Odysseus's name was "Nohbdy."</li></ul>]]></description>

Out of the 10 years in which he was gone, the most time that he spent in one place was here on Calypso's island where we was held as a guest.
