         <description><![CDATA[<p>Sometimes I am more heavily influenced by non learning phases with presumptions, non consideration, and rejection, to learning situations or opportunities that are new to me. When I am uncomfortable, unsure, or severely anxious I find myself more in phase 1 of non learning.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In my experience, the importance of incorporating the individual’s context into the learning process is essential. It is important that instruction is facilitated in a way that prompts learners to identify how they connect with the content they are learning, while also encouraging them to consider how other individuals in their contexts that don’t share the same experiences as them may connect with the content.</p>]]></description>

This fast-learning experience really had me reflecting a lot on what I wanted my teaching career to look like. I had to think fast and react appropriately.          <title>I think a lot of the success of this model depends a lot not just on the integrity of the instructor but also the integrity of the learner and mentors.   I had very different experiences in my two placements as a student teacher due to the engagement and involvement of my mentor teachers.  My experience working with an engaged and supportive mentor teacher was a much more valuable learning experience than the experience with a teacher just doing it because she had to.</title>
