In the year 1492, Christopher Columbus arrives in what is now the modern day Bahamas after originally setting sail in search for a new path to China, Japan, etc. Led to centuries of European colonization/exploration.

Conquest of Tenochtitlan 1521

Roanoke Settlement 1585

King Philip’s War 1675

Bacon’s Rebellion 1676

French and Indian War 1754

Boston Tea Party 1773

Shay's Rebellion 1786
