Basically, a green tourist is a traveler with an eye toward protecting the environment and culture of an area. As stated by Kenyon (2021), As the number of tourists traveling the world rises, green tourism is becoming not only desirable but also necessary in some places. Referring to figure 14.4, I am a light green tourist because I will think about green issues when traveling such as trying to reduce the usage of plastic. The attached image is the mind map of my 5 best practices to be a more green traveler.

References:
- Kenyon, A. S. (2021, February 10). What is Green Tourism?
