         <description><![CDATA[<p>First, I would respond directly to the customer on Instagram with tone. e.g<br>"Hi Daisy, we're really sorry to hear this! That’s not the experience we want for our customers. We’d love to make it right could you please DM us your order details so we can look into this and sort it out for you quickly? 💚 Thank you for bringing this to our attention!"</p><p><br>This shows the brand is listening, cares, and is committed to fixing the problem.</p><p>Once the public response is made, I would send a dm to protect the customer's details and handle it more personally. I would ask for the order number and product details, then investigate the issue internally reviewing the product batch and speaking with the production or quality control team to understand how the error occurred.</p><p><br/></p><p>After confirming the issue, I would offer a solution such as a replacement product, refund, or store credit, depending on the customer's preference. I might also include a small gift or discount code as a gesture of goodwill. Once the issue is resolved, I would follow up to ensure Daisy is happy with the outcome and thank her for her feedback.</p><p><br/></p><p>Internally, I would log the complaint and flag it for the team so we can track whether this is a one-off or a recurring problem. </p>]]></description>
