1) administrators in the halls during passing periods to help enforce mask wearing and following arrows
2) accountability for learning from VL and parents
3) consistency of staff in enforcement of school rules/directives
In addition, more transparency from the district office about the benchmarks for going 100% virtual would be nice. I have a lot of students who are failing multiple classes. Nothing seems to change after all the emails and phone calls I send home to parents. They are not being held accountable for their absences from 100 minute classes.
