One of the most impactful aspects is seeing how WSH is embedded into our training programs and day-to-day operations. It’s not just about compliance—it’s about fostering a culture where safety and well-being are prioritized at every level.

In my role, I’ve had the privilege of ensuring that safety is a cornerstone of the learning experiences we design. For example, during a recent workshop, I observed how WSH protocols, such as clear emergency procedures and proper risk assessments, provided participants with a safe and secure environment to focus on their learning.

It was a reminder that effective training isn’t just about knowledge—it’s about creating a safe space where people feel supported.
