Yes. Better to be able to have more space for patients that can be treated than having patient that have hope of living anymore.

i strongly agree that assisted sucide should be legalised in Singapore as assisted sucide is a way that allows people with excruciating pain to end their suffering.

Although there are benefits to assisted suicide. The cons outweigh the pros and there are too much ways that someone could take advantage of it. Plus, Singapore already has an MDA so you can just go for the MDA if you are adamant about assisted suicide

I disagree because I feel that the individual going for the assisted suicide can feel worry and might be pressured by society of loved ones to go for it. There is also a problem of misdiagnosis where the person doesn’t really have the illness but medical reports can be unreliable which may lead to grief from loved ones where they indirectly killed their loved one. Thus, I do not support the idea of assisted suicide.

I disagree because they might not have a say in the assisted suicide, and even if they wanted to live their life would have ended anyway because of this

Assisted suicide should be legalised as firstly the patient’s next if kin should be able to have total control the doctors should only be able to tell them the effects of assisted suicide and nothing more

Assisted suicide is also a great way to end a patients suffering as the main motive for doctors is to save and end one’s suffering

I think it should bot be legalized because it's not a choice that one can make on the spot and especially in a hospital environment do make such a decision would be difficult without succumbing to the pressure of others or just because it was asked at the wrong time.
