         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><ul><li><p>Breathe in, breathe out - Better to do one to one or small group to avoid spotlighting the child </p></li><li><p>Chair push up - can be done in a group with the rest of his friends </p></li><li><p>Blow the candle, smell the flowers - helping the child to calm down when starting to get upset </p></li><li><p>Spot the child in doing right behaviours rather than highlighting bad behaviours only </p></li><li><p>Have a Good Behaviour song - to direct focus and attention to what is desired behaviour in class </p></li><li><p>Visuals that cues the child to remember good behaviours - to motivate child in following and doing according to instruction, direct children's attention to solve their problems ..</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>LSEd shared with teacher the usage of object to cater to child’s sensory needs (to condition the structure of the activity - extend the child's attention during lesson and fade off use of object when teacher think it’s appropriate)</p></li><li><p>LSEd guides teachers to use visual appropriately, catering to the class needs</p></li><li><p>LSEd shared with teacher the use of visual prompt &amp; reward (stopwatch &amp; star reward) to encourage child to extend child's attention and positive behavior throughout large / small group</p></li></ul>]]></description>

Giving bite-sized strategies. catch teacher during transition or when children are engaged with table work and ensure safety of all children within sight.</p><p><br/></p><ol start="2"><li><p>Constant communication with centres - especially with ICO centres where LSEd in charge is not assigned to often. Consider periodic check in through TEAMS</p><p><br/></p></li><li><p>Acknowledging teacher's challenges and efforts, celebrating wins - being a listening ear, drawing attention to the strategies and setting SMART goals</p></li></ol>]]></description>
