1. The Sun

• Type: G-type main-sequence star (G2V).

• Size: It contains 99.86% of the solar system's mass, making it the dominant object in the system.

There are eight recognized planets, categorized as either terrestrial or gas giants:

• Terrestrial Planets:

  • Mercury: Closest to the Sun, small, and has no atmosphere.

  • Venus: Similar size to Earth but with a thick, toxic atmosphere (mostly CO2) and surface temperatures hot enough to melt lead.

  • Earth: The only known planet with liquid water and life.

  • Mars: Known as the "Red Planet" due to iron oxide (rust) on its surface. It has the tallest volcano and a large canyon system.

  
  

• Dwarf Planets

  • Pluto: Once considered the ninth planet, but reclassified as a dwarf planet.

  • Other dwarf planets include Eris, Haumea, Makemake, and Ceres (located in the asteroid belt).

Black holes:

Our sun:

The sun is a yellow dwarf star, the center of our solar system, and the source of light and heat for Earth. It's a massive, hot ball of gas, primarily hydrogen and helium, that generates energy through nuclear fusion. The sun has a complex structure with a core, radiative zone, convective zone, photosphere, chromosphere, and corona. It's approximately 4.5 billion years old and is expected to continue its life for billions of years more. 

Our planets:

The Solar System has eight planets: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. The inner planets (Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars) are primarily rocky, while the outer planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune) are gas or ice giants. Planets orbit the sun and are large enough for their gravity to make them round. 

• The Universe:

  The universe encompasses all of space and time, including all matter and energy, and it's still expanding. 

• Galaxies:

  Galaxies are massive collections of stars, gas, dust, and dark matter, all gravitationally bound together. Our solar system is part of the Milky Way galaxy.

There are 8 planet but people think that pluto was a planet but those 8 planets including pluto is Mercury, Venus, earth, mars, jupiter, saturn, uranus and neptune.

The universe all of space, time, matter, and energy. It's a and expanding entity, everything we can observe and much more that remains unknown The universe is believed to have originated from event, the Big Bang 13.8 billion years ago.

People already know the sun is a star, but do you know how it works? How does it heat up our solar system? It all starts with the energy through a process called nuclear fusion so it will be able to heat up anything near it.

In the end the Universe is Huge and I would like to learn more about it.

THE PLANETS:There are eight planets in the solar system. The four inner terrestrial planets are Mercury, Venus, Earth, and mars, all of which consist mainly of rock. The four outer planets are Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus, giant planets that consist mainly of either gases or ice.
