Such techniques involve active listening, being approachable, and displaying empathy towards employees to increase productivity within the workplace and trust between colleagues/work relationships.</p><p><br></p><p>This topic connects to my research because it shows the importance of professional communication within the workplace, through communication skills, like active listening, empathy, and understanding.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A study was conducted amongst six individuals who provide PSS (peer support specialists) in which data was collected over a two-hour window, seven different themes were identified: the push and pull of leadership, managing dual relationships, having difficult conversations, taking responsibility for others, taking responsibility for self-care, addressing stigma in the workplace, and spirituality.</p><p><br></p><p>This study will help consider a more hands-on approach into some of the issues of leader development, carefully considering the ability to have difficult conversations, managing dual relationships, and the push and pull of leadership.</p>]]></description>

Everyone has dealt with difficult bosses and this article agrees and advocates for those individuals in how to prevent being bullied by your boss.</p><p><br></p><p>This study can help the underlying causes of why interpersonal relationships an having effective communication are so important in the workplace. This article also instructs one how to become a better manager/supervisor/boss should the opportunity present itself.</p>]]></description>
