During my previous experiences, I have struggled with rewarding a student with a leadership position and then having my student then misuse that leadership position. I want to great leaders with integrity, in order to create a welcoming and encouraging learning environment because if a fellow student is misusing their leadership role that leads to other students doing the same.

My experience with providing scholars with different types of roles in the classroom started several months after school started. As a teacher, I needed to get a feel for the students who could do what. Many of the students applied for specific roles.
