1) At the beginning of the academic year i created a PowerPoint explaining who i am and things about me such as date of birth and other facts i then presented this to the class. This helped my communication skills as i do not feel confident speaking in front of large audiences and especially people of the same age. i made my PowerPoint as short as possible as i didn't want to do it for a prolonged period of time. if i was to do it again i would try and act more confident as there isn't really much pressure.

Evidence 2 - Enrolment
2) For my enrolment i first spoke over the phone and then went into college to be officially enrolled. the process was smooth and the teachers were helpful and informative. i don't think there was much that could be improved on. 

Evidence 3 - Communication out of college

1) I always complete my assignments on time and never hand them in late. This is something that I plan on doing for the rest of my time in college as it greatly benefits my grades as I am not capped at a pass. 
Evidence 2 - Passing tests
2) I strive to pass all the tests that i get set as this will motivate me more to work harder and achieve better grades. So far i have not failed a test so i want to continue this. 
Evidence 3 - Getting out of bed 
3) Getting out of bed might seem like a simple and easy task however for many people this can be difficult as they don't want to get up and go to work or education. 1) In college i often have to work with my classmates in order to complete tasks in lesson. These tasks vary and sometimes require a lot teamwork in order to succeed. One such example would be when we simulated a terrorist attack. Teamwork was key as we had to constantly communicate with each other and share information. This as a result lead to us successfully stopping the attack. 

Evidence 2 - Assignments
2) Some assignments in college require you to work in groups which means teamwork is the only way to pass the assignment. So because of this i have been able to confidently work with my team and get the job done. 

Evidence 3 - Sports team
3) I play for a basketball team which means that teamwork is the most important aspect to master.
