Using blogger allowed me to upload my research stage, planning stage, the creation my product and the evaluation.  I have had experience using blogger as I had used it during my AS year.  This meant that I was familiar with the way it worked.  Using blogger allowed me to add labels and tags to the tasks I had completed.  I was also able to embed other websites which I completed my work on onto my blog.  I also was able to use blogger as a timeline for the creation of my media products.  I enjoyed using blogger as I was able to use sites I enjoy working on such as prezi, emaze, canva and slideshare while being able to present them on my blog.  This allowed me to make my blog interactive by using online sites that are interactive themselves.  Overall, this piece of media technology enabled me to post my completed tasks in various different and creative ways.]]> 2018-04-27 13:24:05 UTC https://padlet.com/shoshozacks/1wi071nqagdl/wish/255997354 shoshozacks https://padlet.com/shoshozacks/1wi071nqagdl/wish/256005505 Microsoft office was another piece of technology which I made use of.  I had Microsoft office products throughout my blog.  This was especially useful for my research and planning stages during the project.  The two Microsoft products I did use was Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Word.  Both software's allowed me to create neat and professional while allowing me to input all of my information.  I used word to produce documents such as permission slips while used powerpoint for presentation based blogs.  As this software is accessible from different locations, it meant that I could start work at school and finish it at home.    ]]> 2018-04-27 13:40:06 UTC https://padlet.com/shoshozacks/1wi071nqagdl/wish/256005505 shoshozacks https://padlet.com/shoshozacks/1wi071nqagdl/wish/256011474 When creating both my digipak and my advert, I used Photoshop to manipulate the photos I used.  The school computer had Photoshop which allowed me to carry out work at school as well as having it installed at home meaning I could finish it there.  I also had previous experience using Photoshop meaning I could do what I needed.  As I had already taken my photo's, I was able to place them into Photoshop and work on them.  With all the pictures I manipulated, I used them for my advert and my digipak to create a theme throughout.  I was able to de-saturate the background of my photo to make the artists seem above the page.  The software ultimately enabled me to create the photo I desired for my digipak and advert.]]> 2018-04-27 13:51:06 UTC https://padlet.com/shoshozacks/1wi071nqagdl/wish/256011474 shoshozacks https://padlet.com/shoshozacks/1wi071nqagdl/wish/256017598 When filming, I used 1 digital camera to film all the shots needed.  I did this to make sure all the footage was all in the same place and the resolution filmed was constant throughout.  The resolution used in the music video was at the highest.  The camera was also used to take the pictures used in my digipak and advert.  The camera was another essential piece of equipment as it was needed to complete the media products.  I also used the camera to gather audience research by filming my classmates answering questions about my media product.  ]]> 2018-04-27 14:04:20 UTC https://padlet.com/shoshozacks/1wi071nqagdl/wish/256017598 shoshozacks https://padlet.com/shoshozacks/1wi071nqagdl/wish/256021092 I had to use a phone throughout the planning and production stages of my project.  This was because I was working in a team which meant that we had to arrange times when we called all meet up and complete our media products.  My group and I exchanged phone numbers and added each other on Snapchat so we could keep in touch with each other.  We were also able to exchange ideas and files for our work.  The communication was mainly used for the music video as that it the media product which we share.  This was effective as it meant we could stay in sync when completing tasks.  ]]> 2018-04-27 14:11:22 UTC https://padlet.com/shoshozacks/1wi071nqagdl/wish/256021092 shoshozacks https://padlet.com/shoshozacks/1wi071nqagdl/wish/256023015 YouTube was a useful website during my entire project.  It aided me when doing my research, my planning and during my post production.  I used YouTube to upload my work for my teacher to see.  From YouTube, I was able to embed the video onto my blog further increasing the interactive capabilities it has.  The platform also allowed me to learn different techniques for my music video.  ]]> 2018-04-27 14:15:37 UTC https://padlet.com/shoshozacks/1wi071nqagdl/wish/256023015
