         <description><![CDATA[<p>Asal usul Laksa Sarawak berasal dari negeri Sarawak di Malaysia. Laksa Sarawak merupakan salah satu hidangan tradisional yang sangat terkenal di negeri tersebut dan memiliki pengaruh dari berbagai budaya, termasuk Melayu, Cina, dan Dayak. Makanan ini biasanya terdiri dari mi bihun yang disajikan dengan kuah berempah yang dibuat dari santan, udang, ayam, dan berbagai rempah-rempah seperti serai, lengkuas, dan cili.</p><p><br/></p><p>Menurut sejarah, hidangan ini berkembang di Sarawak melalui perpaduan kuliner lokal dan pengaruh dari pedagang serta imigran, terutama dari Cina. Hidangan laksa ini kemudian disesuaikan dengan selera tempatan, menghasilkan versi unik yang berbeda dari laksa di tempat lain, seperti Laksa Penang atau Laksa Johor. Kini, Laksa Sarawak diakui sebagai salah satu makanan ikonik Sarawak dan sering disajikan dalam acara-acara khas di negeri tersebut.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Bahan-bahan:</p><p><br/></p><p>3 cawan  beras  pulut</p><p>2 cawan santan cair</p><p>1/2 cawan air pandan (dikisar)</p><p>1/2 sudu teh garam</p><p>beberapa titik pewarna hijau</p><p>kelapa parut putih yg di gaul dengan sedikit garam</p><p>Daun pisang</p><p>Bahan untuk Air gula:</p><p>Daun Pandan</p><p>Gula melaka</p><p>Air</p><p>Cara Penyediaan:</p><p><br/></p><p>Cuci beras pulut. Rendam 1/2 jam. Tos beras, kemudian masukkan beras, santan cair dan air pandan dalam periuk. Masak seperti memasak nasi.</p><p>Panaskan pengukus.</p><p>Potong daun pisang kepada 4 segi, balutkan pulut yg telah dimasak td, gulung dalam bentuk silinder biar padat. Ikat dengan kemas. Kukus selama 15-20 minit.</p><p>Angkat dan sejukkan. Potong bulat dan gaul dengan kelapa parut. Makan bersama air gula melaka.</p><p>Tips: Untuk mudah memotong pulut yang dikukus, boleh cuba potong menggunakan benang yg ditegangkan. Selamat mencuba</p>]]></description>
