_{LIKE AND WOULD LIKE}

1.We use like to talk about things we enjoy, and love to talk about things we enjoy a lot.
Ex: I love coffee.
2. If we put another verb after like, we use the ing form.

  Ex: I like staying in bed Late.
3. Some verbs we can use with the -ing form are. like, enjoy, Iove, hate
Ex: I enjoy running on the beach before work.
4.We use would like to talk about things we want.
I would like is more polite than I want.
  Ex: I’d like a new tennis racket far my birthday.
5. If we put a verb after would like, we use the infinitive with to.
Ex: I'd like to speak to the manager, please.

TOPIC: CONDITIONAL

SENTENCES WITH WOULD.If + Past simple + would(n't) + infinitive without toIf clause:
  If I became presidentmain clause:
I'd build more hospitalsWe use conditional sentences with would to talk about imaginary, impossible or unlikely situations. The verb in the if clause is in the Past simple, but we are not talking about the past and we are not talking about a specific time.

Ex: If I had a ticket, Il'd come with you. (=I haven't got a ticket)

Ex: If you lived in the country, you'd soon get bored.
(= you don't live in the country) Notice that: we can change the order of the If clause and the main clause.

We use conditional sentences with would to talk about imaginary, impossible or unlikely situations. The verb in the if clause is in the Past simple, but we are not talking about the past and we are not talking about a specific time. Examples:
•If I had a ticket, I´d come with you. (= I haven´t got a ticket)
•If you lived in the country, you´d soon get bored. (=you don´t live in the country) Notice that:
