         <description><![CDATA[<p>Having a Megacitiy is a viable option and has to be executed in order to decrease the transfer of power to only a few countries which will make it unequal and unregulated global trade. </p><p><br/></p><p>For example, if the dependence on global trade for certain products increases, this will not make my logistics effiecient and green. The ideology of having EVs, smart logistics and warehouses will not lead to cost optimisation and better prices because the major chunk of the costs is in the global logistics route, tariffs, etc. </p><p><br/></p><p>In this case, time is the major factor. If the city is successful in transforming itself to a megacity, the effect of changes in polical scenarios in super powerful countries will have minimum impact on the city's logistics. </p>]]></description>
