We're brought to tears when we read about someone falsely accused of a  rape or some other heinous crime, only to be cleared years later by DNA evidence. There've been at least 350 such cases across 37 states over the past quarter-century, according to the Innocence Project.

Most Ontarians have no idea how the criminal justice system works or how much it costs to detain people before they're found guilty.

After the news hit the street, the teacher decided to squash the song. While nothing's been proven in the courtroom, the school thought it would be best.
