         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. <a href="http://www.funenglishgames.com/">http://www.funenglishgames.com/</a><br>Fun English Games is a website that has many different games, activities, videos, and quizzes for students of almost every level. This website would be a great way for ELLs to interact with both English and technology.<br><br>2. <a href="http://teacher.scholastic.com/activities/adventure/">http://teacher.scholastic.com/activities/adventure/</a><br>This website has activities in both Spanish and English. Some of them are even the same game, just in different languages. This site would give students the freedom to explore the games and learn to navigate a simple website as well as practice their language skills.<br><br>3. <a href="http://www.animalgame.com/">http://www.animalgame.com/</a><br>This is a really simple game that could be played as a class or individually. <br><br>4. <a href="https://www.vocabulary.com/">https://www.vocabulary.com/</a><br>Students can use this website to practice their personalized list of vocabulary words. The site generates games and practice from your word list. This would be great for independent work based on each students personal, individualized needs. <br><br>5. <a href="http://www.learningchocolate.com/">http://www.learningchocolate.com/</a><br>This website has students match corresponding pictures, written words, and spoken words. This lets students interact with English three ways at the same time. <br><br></div>]]></description>

It provides an easily accessible program to benefit all involved in the English learning process.<br><br>3. <a href="https://www.tolerance.org/professional-development">https://www.tolerance.org/professional-development</a><br>Sometimes schools are not very receptive to new ideas that are presented. This website gives webinars and workshops to those who are looking for a way to make sure their school is tolerant to everyone in the community.<br><br>4. <a href="http://www.tesol.org/">http://www.tesol.org/</a><br>TESOL is an international association which is focused on teaching ELLs and provides it's members with workshops, journals, research, and career development opportunities. <br><br>5. <a href="https://ortesol.wildapricot.org/">https://ortesol.wildapricot.org/</a><br>This is the Oregon branch of TESOL and provides Oregon based esl, esol teachers with support and professional development opportunities.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Students can create short stories about many topics to practice their English skills and technology skills.<br><br>3. <a href="https://www.wordhippo.com/">https://www.wordhippo.com/</a><br>Students can explore this site to find synonyms, antonyms, rhymes, translations, and examples of sentences for nearly any English word. This would be a great tool to make students more independent in the classroom.<br><br>4. <a href="https://visuwords.com/">https://visuwords.com/</a><br>Is a unique, modern site that gives students a visual "map" of any word. Students must use a legend to decipher exactly how the words are connected and related. This would be a good tool for older students.<br><br>5. <a href="https://kids.wordsmyth.net/we/">https://kids.wordsmyth.net/we/</a><br>This cite has an online dictionary, creates quizzes, creates puzzles, and creates glossaries for students' language needs. This tool could be used as a whole class, small groups, or set up for each student individually.</div>]]></description>
