The heritage circle scheme (S. Thurley, 2005) includes four elements: enjoying, understanding, valueing and caring.
The consistent use of these elements leads to the constant evolution of cultural values to this day. The digitization of processes in the modern world poses a significant challenge to the survival of cultural heritage, but a sensible and consistent approach to the evolution of culture will, I believe, not allow the cultural values of individual nations to disappear. And they will become resilient to the factors of world globalization.
