“Spending more time with yourself”
Motivation is an urge to behave or act in a way that will satisfy certain conditions, such as wishes, desires, or goals. Psychologists believe that motivation is rooted in a basic impulse to optimize well-being, minimize physical pain, and maximize pleasure. 

Having a hard time copping with somebody or hard time communicating with other people does gives you motivation from being yourself in school. 
We will be conducting a webinar for those students who are seeking to find motivations. 

These aims to create conditions in which students are willing to work, initiative, interest and enthusiasm with a high moral satisfaction personal as well as a group. 

This also discuss on allowing us to gain valued outcomes like improved performance wellbeing, personal growth, or a sense of purpose. Motivation is a pathway to change our way of thinking, feeling, and behaving.

One of the negative effects of student motivation is that it can create conflict and tension at your workplace. Example: When you are doing group work with your team and having a hard time communication because of your groupmates attitude it will become conflict to the behavior of each member from your group.

To improved motivation challenge yourself. Feel free on what will you become. Focus on improving your times or going just a little bit further than you usually do.
