The group who is not doing the job cause the others to be unhappy Dan cause the argument to happen. If they could be willing to do at least some of the job, the argument could be avoided.

1) They were scared to speak up. If we were in this situation we’d be confused and angry as the leaders didn’t know how to lead properly.

2) Understand each other’s perspectives and listen to all the team members carefully and adjust accordingly. If we were one of the team leaders we would do ask the team members on opinions on what to pack.

If I was sheryl I wouldn't care because I am not entitled and if I'm vegan others don't need to do my needs

I would agree with all my teammates and would not.cook vegan food as she doesn't need to be entitled for us to cook for her

I think the effects of passing negative comments can really hurt someone so to manage my teams emotions the leader should apologise for his mistake and the rest of the members should forgive him

If i was sheryl i wld simply not care because even if u retaliate they wldnt reply. She should inform instructor to get another set of vegan meal for herself
