My Favorite Music

My favorite genre of music is pop. Nowadays the pop uses more electronic mixes in its melodies being a subgenre the electro-pop and for this they use much the instrument of the electric keyboard. I learned how to play the piano when I was studying at school, to learn to play some songs in the most I remember is apologize ONEREPUBLIC which is a good band, but the singers I like most of this genre are Mickael Jackson, Britney Spears, Shakira at least of the old generation, in this generation Lady Gaga, Rihana and Katy Perry. Their songs are not very good enough to listen to or dance to. I danced when I was a kid Micakel Jackson's songs with his choreographies. Nowadays the albums I go to usually put music of my taste in this style and we will always dance this with my friends. I think these songs transmit energy and that's the biggest reason I like them.

:D

I'll tell you about an experience when I was a freshman at PUCV. Before I always had lunch at the casino of the FIN until after the stoppage photos were uploaded of how was the earthenware that was used to cook and dead mice for the kitchen sector, after seeing that gave me kitchen and until today I have not returned to lunch at the FIN. Also it is when my friends and I studied in the cubicles of the library my advice today is to use the 10 or 11 pq have window and the others to not have if one studies past twelve noon are always stinking. Another experience I have to tell you about my first year is that I learned what were the so-called windows in the University and as we used some of these in the afternoon to go to the locomotive which is the bar that is closest to the engineering buildings, the reels of that place are kept until today and it is rare that some university student ignores the crazy as he is popularly called.

Tips for a visitor in Valparaíso

To visit Valparaiso you should probably bring a good bit of money to go out at night, it would be good about 20,000 Chilean pesos as you have different options to do. Maybe you can go uphill to Ecuador to charge energies to finish off with a record that this by Errazuriz, you can still go to vineyard to eat by those places and a good place is Hollywood or crazy by Viña. If you visit Valparaíso you have to go to Cerro Alegre and Paseo 21 de Mayo, since they are very beautiful places to visit and walk, especially Cerro alegre that has exquisite gastronomy in that place. And if you want to take a walk and have another look at all of Valparaiso maybe you can go to Plaza Sotomayor to go boating in Valparaiso, this usually costs 3,000 per person.
That would be my advice and good luck on your visit ;D

Exercise Form

The way to exercise that I propose is a way that has more and more followers and be a way to burn calories (between 700 and 800) along with getting rid of the stress of everyday and I'm not talking about anything other than Bodycombat. This is a directed class that is offered in different parts both paid and free (on the beach of the sport in vineyards free classes are held on Saturdays) which is cardiovascular exercises that mix movements of martial arts such as taekwondo, karate, capoeira, muay thay, tai chi or boxing, among others, through choreographies with music designed specifically for different levels of intensity. In bodycombat classes, besides generating benefits for the body such as improved balance, stress reduction and calorie burning, groups of pleasant friendships are formed with which to interact outside the classes.
In the end the practice of bodycombat apart from kicks, combos, jumps and screams generates the sensation of joy for the release of natural endorphins from the body and this keeps those who practice it happy. That's why people should join this discipline and practice, even if at first you do not have strength or balance, which was my case, with time you gain all this and you are happy for the goals you achieve.
#BODYCOMBAT
