As part of Module 3 I'd like to tell you something else about me which links a lot with this module.
Nearly 20 years ago I ventred into one of the most significant experiences of my life: Six years abroad in Germany (In Augsburg - Bavaria) for my Erasmus-Socrates Project.
Of course I was so excited and I had tried to plan a lot of that ahead even because I had learnt German as a foreign language for about 10 years  and mastered that fluently and successfully.
I left Rome with three other university students and everybody was relying on me as to my language knowledge.....as soon as I arrived I thought it was between a nightmare and a joke because what I had learnt both at school and at university sounded like fake language and maybe too bookish but as time went by I didn't despair and made friends (German and local friends) and found a job in a restaurant where I was exposed to real language bombing and such an experience has led me to become what I am today: in my lessons I always focus on spoken language or at least I try and that is why I am honoured to work in an International High school where every students has his / her own linguistic contribution and always persuade them never to give up]]> 2017-10-30 13:06:55 UTC https://padlet.com/cristian_cris/1vxb0qdza0b9/wish/201694906
