something I enjoy about CCA so far is the fact that we can work as a team during practicals and seeing how some groups are communicating well. I would like to see more bonding during our CCA as some members are still very quiet. we can have bonding sessions for half of a CCA session.

Something I’ve liked about CCA so far was that we have explored new dishes that I have never tried before and exposed me to new food ☺️
Something i hope to see in future sessions is more fusion dishes as they interest me seeing how there can be many (Asian) alternatives to a certain dish! 😻

What I like about this CCA is that it is like a time for me to learn more about foods, or have the time to cook, since usually I feel either lazy to cook at home or feel that there is not enough time for me to cook. This cca in a way, strengthens my love for cooking and also encourages me to cook similar foods that I have learnt in my daily life during the holidays or in the future. What I will be interested doing in this cca is maybe experimenting different food cultures and its unique foods. Additionally, I want to learn more about these different cultures specialties(eg what makes the food from this culture different from other cultures)

1. firstly, i love the practical sessions a lot. It is so so fun. we get to interact with our group and i absolutely love how practicals go so smooth. i have yet not seen a session where everything was a mess. no one also gets into arguments while working together and everyone is just so understanding and helpful. And making dishes and trying them has def helped me to widen my taste buds. i havent really tried any sgporean foods other than chicken rice so this actually helped me expand my taste buds and taste new food. and also learn about their cultures.

2. i would love to see more bonding sessions and frequent mix of groups, so that everyone can know anyone and so that we can easily work with everyone! additonally, i wish to see more practical cca sessions in 2023 hopefully and some new dishes and hopefully we could do some frequent food trends as well!

1) I enjoy how we are a very tight knit CCA, and how we often work together in multiple projects, for instance out VIA projects. During CCA, members work together to create dishes, and often learn & build camaraderie within their teams. I enjoy the strong sense togetherness of our CCA!
2) I feel that it would be great if members could have a long term goal in mind. For instance, creating a board/book filled of photographs from each session!

Some things that I enjoyed about CCA so far was the cooking and learning of a dish that I had never known about. I enjoyed working in my group and learning how to cook other dishes, it is interesting to find out fun facts about a certain ingredient used in the dish as I feel that I had learnt a lot through these cooking practicals and through learning about some unknown facts about an ingredient. I would like to see more cooking of unknown cuisines that are not so popular around the world. We can try to research about different unknown cuisines first before deciding on a dish.
