It is a defensive system that help your body with cell division, cell growth, wound healing, and breaking of carbohydrates. <br>2. -red meat<br>-poultry<br>-seafood<br>-carb<br>-lobster<br>-breakfast cereals<br>3. Zinc causes  hair loss, diarrhea, eye and skin sores and loss of appetite. Weight loss, problems with wound healing, decreased ability to taste food, and lower alertness levels can also occur.<br>4.Too much Zinc causes  nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and headaches.<br>5.Zinc  is also needed for the senses of smell and taste. </div>]]></description>

It keeps a person's nervous system, digestive system, and skin healthy.<br>2) Yeast, milk, meat, tortillas, and cereal grain are high in niacin.<br>3) Indigestion, fatigue, and vomiting are effects of not getting enough niacin. A severe form of niacin deficiency is called pellagra. Effects of this include rashes, swollen mouth, and diarrhea. <br>4) Taking too much niacin can lead to skin flushing, nausea, gout, liver damage, and rapid heartbeats.<br>5) Every part of your body needs niacin to function properly.</div>]]></description>
