         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The plan can be followed in a physical setup only.</strong><br>1. Proposed structure of literacy would incorporate one hour of the literacy block.<br>2. Read aloud will be done for 10 min.<br>Mini-lessons -10 min.<br>Independent Reading-&nbsp; 15 min<br>Guided Reading(thrice a week) -15 min<br>Reading conf/Discussion/book club-15 min.(twice a week)<br>3. Maximum time for literacy we get in our school system will include one hour. So currently we have 4o min of the literary blog+20 min wherein we have 10 min of Language With Ease+Empowering English(15 min)+Writing With Ease-(15 min). <br>*Bifurcation of 20 min-10(read aloud/mini-lesson) each.<br>Library time- 40 min in a cycle(15 min of independent reading/reading conf,discussion,book club)<br>4. If given a choice we would like to increase the time for literacy to duly accommodate all the elements<br><br><strong>comment</strong>*: we really need to have a detailed conversation on merging the two programmes.<br><br></div>]]></description>
