Since growth mindset is a concept and a way of thinking, we can apply it to the classroom by using it to teach students that it is natural and important to make mistakes and by providing group feedback in a peaceful manner (since it’s also very important to listen to different opinions).

Another way is to teach them to focus on the structure of a project, rather than just thinking about the outcome of it. To take care of the steps we do while working and how it benefits our finishing results.

Lastly, we can work this by building up their self esteem, the mindset really values thinking positive of mistakes and taking inspiration from the success and achievements of others, teaching your students to manage negative thoughts and turn them into positive outcomes would definitely help them.

Implementing the concept of culture in classrooms is crucial for creating inclusive and effective learning environments. To maintain active diversity in the classroom you could take some of the following ideas:

–Develop a Culture Based on Thinking

 - Promote critical thinking skills by creating a curious environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and evaluating information. This could be carried out by carrying out an activity on, for example, social culture and letting each student ask their own questions and answers respecting each opinion, but at the same time trying to guide them to the most consistent.

 - Establish consistent routines, clear rules and guidelines to minimise stress and build trust among students. This could be carried out by making a calendar with activities that can be done together, in pairs and individually, such as cleaning the room, keeping tidy, sweeping the classroom at the end of the day, keeping the room tidy, when arriving greet with respect, etc. With this we could get the students to sit in a community and have no rejection of others.

–Respect and Reinforce Student Culture

 - Value the unique behaviours, beliefs and characteristics of each student to contribute to their self-concept and academic success. Many times a bad treatment is made to the student who does not stop talking or who stands in the room, but with this we can make a step to integrate it into the classroom, such as performing activities in which it requires standing, or interacting with others, not only sitting watching how the teacher speaks.

 - Celebrate differences in traditions, beliefs and social behaviours to create a culturally receptive classroom. In the event that we have students of religions that are not so seen in the country, invite them to tell what traditions they do, if they have certain rules in religion to share them. You can also give the space to give to family traditions, such as what they do every end of the year, at Christmas, etc. Thus opening the world of each student with new traditions and beliefs.

–Involve Family and Community

 - Involve families and communities in the academic life of students so that the classroom is more culturally receptive. This since one in the classroom can share many things, but if at home you have stereotypes and / or biases, you can not make much integration to diversity with students, on the way if we invite families and communities to approach activities, such as cultural exchanges or traditions we can achieve a complementary diversity.

 - Encourage connections between students' external experiences, daily life and background knowledge with interactions and learning in the classroom. This can be done by giving the corresponding space in the classroom, encouraging respect and letting each one share their life outside the establishment, if they come to their homes to play, study, take care of their family, tidy their house or if they go to work. With this we can achieve that we not only see ourselves as students, but as our background.

By incorporating these strategies, educators can effectively implement cultural awareness and responsiveness in the classroom, fostering an environment where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to learn.
