Tsunamis are generated when the ocean floor abruptly deforms and vertically displaces the overlaying water, which is caused by an earthquake. Not all earthquakes can produce a tsunami, wherein we have 3 events that tells us if it is enough to generate a tsunami:

1. A Magnitude 7 Earthquake on the Richter Scale 
2. Seabed must be lifted or lowered after the earthquake's occurrence 
3. Epicenter must be near to Earth's Surface

Seiches and Tsunamis are both caused by disturbances of the Crustal Plates

Tsunamis, Seiches, and Flood, can bring destruction of structures

Floods are caused by heavy rainfalls, storm surge, typhoons, etc. but not by earthquakes

Tsunamis uses larger bodies of water such as seas and oceans, rather than Seiches who access smaller bodies of water as a medium of destruction 

Flood is a Disaster that can be man-made, unlike Natural Phenomena that are triggered by earthquakes which is a calamity (Tsunamis and Seiches)
