I learnt about how to be a leader, I learnt that we should have a planned out and organised plan to do something and so as to not rush events or projects last minute. I also learnt that we must empathise with our teammates or cca mates when we give them tasks and not pile all the work on one single person for them to do.

What i learnt :

set certain boundaries and expectations when working with others a
don't be confined or restricted by my age
pursue my interests
I can lead by example and not just let my teammates do the work but at the same time not micromanage them

From session 1, I learned that:

Plans should not be made at the last minute.
The work should be divided between members of the cca/group.
I should try and find a balance between work and my social life. (Don't spend my weekends always studying, not setting aside some time for my friends.)

That there are 4 challenges in a content business, of which 3 are competitions, AI and Work Flexibility
That many Gen Z are not too focused on pay when finding a job, but rather on the work that they do.

Some tips for my club’s success are servant leadership which is to lead while helping out with the cause, to achieve something significant, we must sacrifice something equally important to achieve success and to have an open mind when trying out new things.

I learnt that no matter how young we are we can acheive something if we are really passionate about it, and we should find jobs that are aligned with our value system, and be grateful for the community around us.

What I learnt:

don't be afriad to take up opportunities and learn from them
a dream or future career can stem from a small interest or passion
starting something new will also come with uncertainty but I need to trust myself and have confidence

I learned that:

I should start small such as take small jobs from people online.
Should pursue any interests that I have if I really enjoy it.
To take risks, such as starting a business, which may or may not fail.

I have learnt that we can make a change no matter how young or old we are as long as we are passionate about it. We can perform well in new things as long as we put our heart and soul into what we are passionate regardless of the challenges we face along the way.

I learnt that not all jobs we look for must be based on the money but for more meaningful reasons, and that content creation has many challenges and has changed alot throughout the years, where there is more competition now and alot of adaptability is required.

What I've learnt:

I have to question myself on how to add value into what I am creating
it takes passion to be committed so whatever I'm committed to must come from a place of passion and not just for the sake of doing it
I need to believe that what I'm doing will work for it to actually work

I can:

Use these tips to better manage my group if a project ever arises.
Use the challenges of social media if I ever want to step into the media industry in the future
Be more aware of what I want to do in the future if it is part of my interest or not.

We have to be adaptable to new things as the world does not revolve around us. If we don’t change we will only be left behind. Being early will allow us to have an advantage over the competition.

I think I can apply being more self confident in every aspect of my life. I think I will also trust my cca mates as well as future teammates and collaborate with them well. I think it is also important to passionate in everything I do and to pursue even small interests.

I can apply the servant leadership to my cca as during events, I should not only focus on organising only but also helping my cca mates during activities. I can also be flexible and less fixated on an idea an be more open minded to new ideas and being more lenient to others providing them with a more realistic timeframe.

I can use this to apply to my projects and events in future where i can better plan ahead of time in order to not rush things and give sloppy work. I can also learn how to better manage my juniors when it comes to group work and asign tasks to everyone and not just overload one person with all the work.
