Whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is foamy, then add the flour and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well to eliminate any lumps. Now add the yeast and pour the mixture into a rectangular pan lined with parchment paper wet and squeezed. Inforn for 15 minutes at 190 ° C. Remove from the oven and turn the dough out onto a wet cloth being careful not to break it. Roll out the dough quickly with a kitchen towel and form a roll. Reopen the cloth and spread the Nutella across the cookie dough and spread the coconut flour on the chocolate and finally rewind pasta.
