         <description><![CDATA[<div>A survey was conducted with 5 potential clients for our business, among them agents and agents' assistants.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Quickly, thanks to the questions elaborated, we realized that one of the biggest problems for potential clients is the time they spend in the administration and management of their client portfolio, the collection of productivity reports and the review of the collection of the different policies of the branches they handle.<br><br></div><div>Thanks to this we were able to validate the initial hypothesis we had: Potential customers require a portfolio management tool specialized to the characteristics of the insurance sector that allows them to have more time to increase their sales volume to obtain a higher income without neglecting the administrative part of their business.<br><br></div><div>This is exactly what we want to solve with our software.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our business raises as an initial hypothesis that one of the biggest fears of people who have pets is that they can be lost, on the other hand, having pets requires a lot of care and attention to keep them healthy with a decent lifestyle.<br><br>We focused on the central theme of our business: pets and we surveyed 5 potential customers.<br><br>Gathering the information from the responses, we were able to confirm our hypothesis since one of the biggest concerns is that something happens to their pets, whether they get lost or suffer from a health problem, it was also confirmed with the survey that the clients consider that pets require a lot of care.<br><br>Our product consists of a collar with a GPS linked to an app that is managed from a mobile device to keep track of the pet's health and know its location.<br><br>- Sara Jimenez, Jose Luis Trujillo</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Small restaurants know their inventory well, but they need to know the quantities that go into each plate or tray prepared so they know they are not losing money or product. By not having large refrigeration systems, food ends up being thrown away.</li><li>Large restaurants, although they also know their inventory is very large and they continue to use pen and paper to keep track of it, which is often not very functional.          <description><![CDATA[<div>EL MOTOR DEL APRENDIZAJE&nbsp;<br>We discussed with 5 people who are related to the government to expose our idea for helping little kids to have the education that they deserve but can’t have because they don't have any resources and live in marginalized communities.&nbsp;<br><br>Our hypothesis is that people in Mezquitic can’t have basic education because they live far away without any school nearby and they don’t have resources to attend to a school, that’s why we want to bring education to them. <br><br>The people we talked to all agree that those circumstances are not fair for anyone, and sometimes&nbsp; can’t help because those communities are far away and sadly, they can’t even imagine go to school because they are not used to attend school.&nbsp;<br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The idea of our business is based on three main factors: the pollution caused by the burning of bricks, the pollution caused by the waste of PET and the high price of houses in Mexico. Based on this, we asked five clients related to the proposal we were proposing and they found it interesting.<br><br></div><div>Thanks to the research we conducted we realized that people are always willing to help the environment but there are times when they can not intervene more to make more recycling and can make a change.&nbsp; Also, with all the people we came to the conclusion that every day in Mexico it is more difficult to buy a house because of the high cost of land, labor and materials, and most people do not know what materials can contaminate the environment.</div><div>In conclusion, we believe that this issue is not so far-fetched in Mexico and is something that should be taken into account if you want a more viable option to start your home, or not only in housing, but also in government works, parks, etc.<br><br>-Jesús Manuel Bernal López<br>-Sebastián Marroquín Vela<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Industry relies on water and electrical energy, and we must remember that water is a non-renewable resource that we contaminate every day. The question is: how can we reuse this resource? The answer lies in Turbiple turbines, which are capable of solving energy cost problems.<br><br></div><div>We conducted surveys with five potential customers who could purchase an energy-generating turbine from our company, "Turbiple." Through these questions, we realized a serious problem that all of them shared: the excessive cost of acquiring electrical energy. With our Turbiple turbines, it is possible to generate electrical energy at a much lower cost while also considering environmental responsibility.<br><br></div><div>Through our analysis, we concluded that our innovation would be able to solve the problem for the survey participants by generating electrical energy at a minimum cost and with an innovative system that allows for an efficient cycle of our natural resources such as water.          <description><![CDATA[<p>The majority of people spend 80% of their day working, 10% on daily chores or responsibilities, 3% on family, social life, or exercise, and 2% doing what they are passionate about. This creates a daily challenge between fulfilling obligations and pursuing personal interests. Individuals with diabetes mellitus must allocate an additional percentage to self-care, making their lives a bit more stressful than it already is. They have to be mindful of their health and remember all the necessary precautions.</p><p>By asking these questions and discussing this idea, many, if not most, were very enthusiastic and in agreement about the concept of the app or watch. They mentioned that it would make their lives easier and more manageable. Not to mention, it would make the lives and interactions with their family and friends more pleasant and calm since they would feel reassured knowing that the app and the watch are always there, taking care of them. In these cases, the app would have a special place to store their emergency contacts, including 911, and the watch would have a dedicated button for that purpose.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
