Avulsion wounds occur when the body experiences skin torn from the body and is possibly reattached the best thing to do is clean the debris and dress the wound and seek help clean the debris and if the bone is exposed avoid using tap water so gauze in a saline solution and wrap avulsion tissues and saline soap cause and a water type back place ice on top of the bag for follow-up after care make sure wounds are clean daily
