I like intro 1 the most. It instantly gets to the point and states fact and time referencing. It feels like this person knows what they are talking about right of the bat. 2 and 3 seem more opinionated or not as knowledgeable. Or like they aren't really sure how to start they're essay.

Intro 2 is the most compelling to me because the first sentence was controversial and I like the word choices that were used like "dauntingly" and "epidemic"

I pick Intro 2, the reason I picked it is because not only is it not accurate but it had facts to back the accuracy up. This intro introduced us to the topic with an engaging starting without telling the audience the everything. The opening was very catchy.
