Every student is different and we have to know the kind of student we have.

Our students learn, act and react in in different ways we have to treat them with equality. I think is really important to promote rapport among our students

                                                             

Jamboard

1. We use a new tool called jamboard. With this tool we described the characteristics of a good leader (Proactive, flexible, model). We also discuss about how we see ourselves as a leader, we have to be a leader in our classroom. Finally we talk about how we see our students as a leader. 

Not all the theories are fully accepted today, they all had an important influence on our understanding of child development.

We discuss about the differences in positive and negative feedback. Teachers’ use of feedback has both direct and indirect consequences for students’ behaviors. Positive feedback generally has a positive impact on students’ behavior, engagement, and self-perceptions, if used effectively. Negative feedback, conversely, tends to have the opposite effects. 

We have to motivate our students to believe in their abilities and skills.

The environment in our classroom will have a great influence on the confidence of our students.

 

Introduction Padlet. 

1. In this activity we learned how to use a new tool called padlet.

2. We also share with our classmates personal information.

3. We also talk about the expectations that we had for this course. I loved these activities because we don’t know each other in person but this brought us closer to each other.

Determine the influence of the use of strategies in error correction

Apply error correction strategies in a simulated and in a specific.

Every teacher will have different views on this and different ways of correcting their students and it’s a case of finding out what both you and your students feel comfortable with. Whichever way you go about correcting your students, try to keep the experience positive for the learner. Being corrected constantly can be a really de-motivating, as every language learner knows.

The implementation of this method will promote the critical thinking and also the refection

Understanding the Socratic method Socratic Method is defined a pedagogical technique in which a teacher does not give information directly, but instead asks a series of questions with the result that the student comes either to a desired knowledge by answering the questions or to a deeper awareness of the limits of knowledge.
